  • Submission query: manuscript title and OJS submission ID, if available.
  • Ethics or misconduct concern: article/manuscript identification, a concise description of the concern, and supporting evidence.
  • APC/payment query: invoice number or manuscript ID; do not send banking credentials or sensitive financial information by email.
  • Post-publication correction: DOI or article URL and a precise description of the requested correction.
