About the Journal

HuRuf Journal : International Journal of Arabic Applied Linguistic (e-ISSN : 2798-8821 |  p-ISSN : 2798-9402) is a journal which is published by Universitas Islam Negeri Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi, West Sumatra Indonesia. The journal is published twice a year in June and December.

HuRuf Journal : International Journal of Arabic Applied Linguistic that focuses on the study of Arabic applied linguistics and Arabic stylistics. How does it affect learning, community life, and the needs of non-Arabic learners in studying Arabic. This journal is also open to discussion of Arabic language learning for specific purposes, this journal is open to the investigation of language attitudes, beliefs, and identities as well as contributions related to the language learning process and language practice inside and outside the classroom. The study of syntax, semantics, phonology, morphology, and other aspects of the Arabic language; survey of recent theoretical developments that facilitate accessibility for readers.
