OJS SubmissionDouble-Blind ReviewAPC After Acceptance

Submissions are made through FUADUNA's OJS platform. Authors must create or use an existing account, complete all manuscript metadata accurately, upload the anonymized manuscript and required supporting files, and confirm compliance with the checklist below.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  • Original submission: the manuscript has not been published and is not under consideration by another journal.
  • Scope and article type: the manuscript fits FUADUNA's Focus and Scope and one of the accepted Manuscript Types.
  • Editable file: the main manuscript is uploaded as .doc or .docx using the current FUADUNA template.
  • Blind manuscript: author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and other identifying information have been removed from the review file.
  • Complete metadata: names, affiliations, countries, email addresses, ORCID identifiers where available, title, abstract, and keywords are entered accurately in OJS.
  • References: citations and references follow APA 7th edition, are managed consistently, and include DOI or stable links where available.
  • Ethics and declarations: funding, conflicts of interest, ethical approval/consent where applicable, and substantive AI use are disclosed.
  • Originality: the manuscript has been checked for inappropriate text overlap. FUADUNA may conduct independent similarity screening.
  • Authorship: every listed author meets the journal's authorship criteria and has approved the submission and author order.
  • APC acknowledgement: the authors understand that an APC of IDR 750,000 applies only if the article is accepted, under the journal's approved fee policy.

Files to Upload

  • Main manuscript: anonymized editable Word file.
  • Title page / author information: where requested by the editorial office or configured as a separate OJS file.
  • Supplementary material: instruments, appendices, data documentation, images, or other relevant files where applicable.
  • Ethics or consent documentation: only where required for the study and requested by the editor.
  • Response to reviewers: for revised submissions, provide a clear point-by-point response and identify manuscript changes.
