Reviewer Responsibility

Peer reviewers provide independent scholarly assessments of manuscripts regarding originality, theoretical contribution, methodological quality, validity of analysis, relevance to the journal's focus and scope, and clarity of presentation.

Reviewer recommendations assist editorial decision-making but do not independently determine acceptance or rejection. The final publication decision remains under the authority of the Editor-in-Chief. Reviewers are required to maintain confidentiality, disclose conflicts of interest, and evaluate manuscripts fairly and objectively.

Review Ethics

Confidentiality, independence, and fairness

Manuscripts and review materials must be treated as confidential. Reviewers must not use unpublished information for personal advantage, must disclose potential conflicts of interest, and should provide constructive, evidence-based, and respectful evaluations. Reviewer selection for individual manuscripts remains the responsibility of the editorial team and is determined by subject expertise and editorial needs.

Transparency note: Institutional affiliations and scholarly identifiers are provided to support reviewer transparency and verification of expertise. Reviewer affiliations may change over time and are periodically reviewed by the journal. Inclusion on this page does not imply participation in every issue or review cycle.
