Aims and Scope

Aims

Usraty : Islamic Family Law aims to present scholarly works on contemporary developments in Islamic family law within the context of local wisdom in the Asia–Africa region as well as in global contexts. Furthermore, it aims to improve the understanding of Islamic family law in responding to social, technological, and digital challenges through the publication of articles and research reports.
