Usraty : Islamic Family Law aims to present scientific works related to contemporary developments in Islamic family law within both local wisdom and global contexts. Furthermore, it aims to improve the understanding of Islamic family law in responding to social, technological, and digital challenges through the publication of articles and research reports. Usraty : Islamic Family Law comprises a broad range of research topics in Contemporary Islamic family law: Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in Contemporary Islamic Family Law; Assisted Reproductive Technology in Contemporary Islamic Family Law; Global Divorce Dynamics in Contemporary Islamic Family Law; Financial Dynamics in Divorce under Contemporary Islamic Family Law; Parent–Child Relations in Contemporary Islamic Family Law; AI Practices and Ethics in Contemporary Islamic Family Law; Gender Issues in Contemporary Islamic Family Law and another section discusses contemporary perspectives on the transformations and innovations of Islamic Family Law. 

USRATY : Journal of Islamic Family Law (e-ISSN: 3026-7404), is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Bachelor of Islamic Family Law, Faculty of Sharia, Universitas Islam Negeri Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, Indonesia. The journal is aimed at spreading the research results conducted by researchers, academicians, and practitioners in the field of Contemporary Islamic Family Law. The articles of this journal are published bi-annually; January-June and July-December. Since 2023, USRATY: Journal of Islamic Family Law use platform and workflow by Open Journal System (OJS) 3.3 and has been registered with Crossref, ensuring that each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to support long-term citation and accessibility. The journal is also indexed in various databases such as Google Scholar, Moraref, Garuda, and others. Starting from Volume 3 Number 1 June 2025, USRATY : Journal of Islamic Family Law makes a change manuscript template in order to fulfill COPE standard manuscript and ensure high-quality manuscripts

The editorial team welcomes original contributions which have never been published or considered for publication by any other publishers. Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the editors should comply with the author's guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or using a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements. As a mutually recognized space of knowledge sharing (intellectual community), USRATY : Journal of Islamic Family Law also make links with international scholars and facilitate their contribution through periodically scholars intellectual dialogue, short communication and research articles. Let us collaborate to advance knowledge and make meaningful contributions to the field.
