Payment Procedure

The APC payment procedure for manuscripts processed for publication in HuRuf Journal is as follows:

1. Payment must be made to the official bank account stated on the invoice sent to the corresponding author's email address. Authors should not make payments to any account other than the account officially stated on the invoice.
2. The APC of IDR 450,000 is paid in two stages:
   First Payment: IDR 450,000
   The first payment is made when the manuscript has passed the initial editorial screening and is approved to proceed to the external peer-review stage. This payment contributes to the administration and management of the peer-review process.
   
   If the manuscript is subsequently rejected following peer review or editorial evaluation, the first-stage payment is non-refundable.
   Second Payment: IDR 300,000
   The remaining payment is made after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication and is ready to proceed to the production stage.
   
   The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and publication process will be completed after the remaining APC has been paid in full.
3. After completing each payment, the author must submit proof of payment through the payment confirmation form. The confirmation URL will be provided together with the invoice by email.
