  2. Provide Complete Author and Article Information
    Authors must provide accurate and complete information, including author details, affiliation, article title, abstract, keywords, and other required metadata.
  3. Upload the Manuscript
    The manuscript must be uploaded through the submission form according to the journal template and author guidelines.
  4. Initial Editorial Screening
    The editor will review the manuscript based on:
    • Relevance to the journal’s focus and scope;
    • Completeness of the manuscript and metadata;
    • Compliance with the journal template;
    • Initial academic quality; and
    • Fulfilment of the journal’s submission requirements.
  5. Notification of Screening Results
    The editor will inform the author whether the manuscript:
    • Is eligible to proceed;
    • Requires initial revisions; or
    • Is not suitable for the selected journal.
  6. Author Account Creation
    If the manuscript is approved for further processing, the editor will create an author account and send the username and password to the author.
  7. Official Submission to the Journal System
    After receiving the account details, the author must submit the manuscript officially through the Makwa Foundation journal system:
    Access the Journal System →
  8. Editorial and Peer-Review Process
    The manuscript will then proceed through editorial screening, peer review, revision, editing, and publication stages according to the policies of the selected journal.
Important Note: Submission through the initial form does not guarantee acceptance or publication. The final decision will be based on the editorial assessment, peer-review results, revisions, and the publication policies of each journal.
