Manuscript Submission

Authors must ensure that their manuscripts comply with the journal’s Author Guidelines and Article Template before submission. Manuscripts are generally accepted and published in English.

Submission Procedures

Authors may submit their manuscripts through one of the following options:

1. New Authors and Account Registration

Authors who are submitting for the first time or do not yet have an account in the UIN Bukittinggi Journal System must complete the registration and initial manuscript submission process through the following portal:

Please provide accurate personal, affiliation, and manuscript information during registration. The journal management team will process the submitted data and provide further instructions regarding access to the journal system.

2. Registered Authors

Authors who already have an active account may log in and submit their manuscripts directly through the journal’s submission page:

Registered authors should use the username and password associated with their existing account. Authors who have forgotten their password may use the password reset feature and follow the instructions sent to their registered email address.

Submission Assistance

Authors experiencing difficulties with account registration, manuscript submission, login access, or password recovery are encouraged to contact the journal management team for assistance.

Before completing the submission, authors must confirm that the manuscript:

  1. Complies with the journal’s focus and scope;

  2. Follows the Author Guidelines and Article Template;

  3. Has not been previously published or submitted to another journal;

  4. Meets the journal’s academic, ethical, and technical requirements; and

  5. Includes all required author and manuscript metadata.
