Jawahir Al-Ahadis is a refereed academic journal committed to advancing scholarly research in the field of Hadith and its related sciences. The journal seeks to provide a platform for critical and analytical engagement with classical and contemporary issues in Hadith studies, including isnad analysis, matn criticism, the methodology of Hadith scholarship, living traditions of Hadith interpretation, and the role of Hadith in shaping Islamic thought and civilization.

Jawahir Al-Ahadis is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab, and Da'wah, Universitas Islam Negeri Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, Indonesia. The journal accepts original research articles and conceptual papers relevant to Hadith sciences, prophetic traditions, and the practical application of Hadith in contemporary Muslim contexts (see Focus and Scope). The journal is issued twice a year, in June and December.

Since its inception in 2025, Jawahir Al-Ahadis has aimed to enrich academic dialogue on prophetic traditions by bringing together insights from both classical Islamic scholarship and modern methodologies. In 2025, the journal began using the Open Journal System (OJS) and registered with Crossref, enabling all published articles to receive a DOI for long-term citation and digital archiving. The journal is indexed by [insert indexers such as Google Scholar, Moraref, Garuda, and See More.
