About the Journal

Journal of Business Innovation and Digital Marketing is a refereed academic journal dedicated to the exploration of emerging trends, strategies, and innovations in business development, digital marketing, entrepreneurial technology, and Islamic business ethics. The journal aims to contribute to academic and professional understanding of how digital transformation is reshaping business practices in both conventional and Islamic economic contexts. It highlights topics such as fintech, e-commerce, branding, consumer behavior in digital environments, and innovation in Islamic business models.

Journal of Business Innovation and Digital Marketing is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Universitas Islam Negeri Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, Indonesia. The journal publishes high-quality research articles and conceptual papers that engage with the theory and application of business innovation and digital marketing (see Focus and Scope). Issues are published twice a year, in June and December.

Since its establishment in 2025, Journal of Business Innovation and Digital Marketing has served as a platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to discuss contemporary business challenges and digital marketing practices within an Islamic perspective. In 2025, the journal adopted the Open Journal System (OJS) platform and registered with Crossref, ensuring every published article receives a DOI for citation and accessibility. The journal is indexed in Google Scholar, Moraref, Garuda, and See More.
