Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang persepsi guru terhadap penerapan fungsi manajerial oleh Kepala Sekolah di SMP Dr. H. Abdullah Ahmad PGAI Padang. Populasinya terdiri dari 203 orang guru PNS namun yang menjadi sampel 67 orang guru PNS yang ditentukan dengan teknik proporsional random sampling berstratified dengan rumus cochran. Instrument penelitian adalah angket menggunakan skala likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Data dianalisa menggunakan mean score. Hasil penelitian berupa persepsi guru terhadap pelaksanaan fungsi manajerial SMP di Kota Padang cukup baik yaitu 3.37. Kata Kunci: fungsi manajerial oleh Kepala Sekolah.
