About the Journal

BELIEF: Sociology of Religion Journal is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal on the sociology of religion, published online by Rumah Jurnal UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi.

The journal aims to publish sociological works examining the significant role of religion and social dynamics in contemporary society. BELIEF: Sociology of Religion Journal is published twice a year. We invite sociologists, activists, and researchers to submit articles based on empirical and theoretical works (5000-6000 words) in the following scope:
