Abstract

The study was conducted at the laboratory of Payakumbuh Technology Insti- tute that emphasized on data processing of operational goods using Rough Set Artificial Intelligent techniques that aimed to support the management party in taking decisions. Data were collected through  observation and interviews conducted in the laboratory of Payakumbuh Technology Institute. The data collected were then analyzed, studied, and formulated to produce a decision ma- king -system design. The decision - making  system is aided by Artificial Intelligent Rough Set Technique.The findings of this study shows that Artificial Intelligent Rough Set is a technique that can be relied upon to make decisions because it can analyze the data on a large scale and assist in making decisions promply.
