Pelatihan Penulisan dan Publikasi Karya Ilmiah Berbasis Sains Islam untuk MGMP PPKn SMP/MTsN Kabupaten Sijunjung

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi, pengetahuan, dan meningkatkan keterampilan guru, khususnya peserta MGMP PPKn di Kabupaten Sijunjung, guna menghasilkan dan menerbitkan karya ilmiah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PPKn di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Kegiatan layanan dilakukan secara kontinu selama 3 pertemuan, yaitu pada tanggal 17 September 2022 di SMP 14 Sijunjung dan pada tanggal 21 dan 28 September 2022 secara daring. Kegiatan layanan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dan metode pelatihan. Kegiatan PkM (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) berhasil memberikan motivasi dan inspirasi kepada peserta dalam menulis dan menerbitkan karya ilmiah. Peserta menyatakan kepuasan yang tinggi, menekankan konten pelatihan yang jelas dan menarik. Materi yang disediakan, dengan fokus pada keterampilan praktis, diterima dengan baik dan dianggap dapat langsung diterapkan. Semua peserta mengonfirmasi kesesuaian materi dengan tema pelatihan dan kemudahan pemahaman, serta gaya presentasi yang menarik. Yang lebih penting, 95% peserta mengakui dampak positif PkM pada motivasi, peningkatan pengetahuan, dan perbaikan keterampilan, terutama bermanfaat bagi guru MGMP PPKn di Kabupaten Sijunjung dalam menghasilkan dan menerbitkan karya ilmiah.

This service activity aims to provide motivation, knowledge and improve the skills of teachers specifically for MGMP PPKn participants in Sijunjung Regency to produce and publish scientific work as an effort to improve the professionalism of PPKn teachers in Sijunjung Regency. Service activities are carried out continuously over 3 meetings, namely on September 17 2022 at SMP 14 Sijunjung and on September 21 and 28 2022 online. This service activity is carried out using lecture methods, focus group discussions, and training methods. The PkM (Community Service) activity successfully motivated and inspired participants in scientific writing and publications. Participants expressed high satisfaction, emphasizing the training's clear and engaging content. The provided material, focusing on practical skills, was well-received and deemed immediately applicable. All participants confirmed the alignment of the material with the training theme and its easy comprehensibility, along with an engaging presentation style. Crucially, 95% of participants acknowledged the PkM's positive impact on motivation, knowledge enhancement, and skills improvement, particularly benefiting MGMP PPKn teachers in Sijunjung Regency in producing and publishing scientific works.

Pendampingan Kegiatan Forum Annisaâ€™ sebagai Upaya Membentuk Karakter Siswi di SMAN 1 Lintau Buo, Tanah Datar Sumatera Barat

Fokus dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan implementasi kegiatan Forum Annisa dalam membentuk karakter siswi di SMAN 1 Lintau Buo. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, metodenya dengan sesi tanya jawab yang dilakukan melalui ceramah dan interaksi kelompok. Pemilihan SMAN 1 Lintau Buo sebagai lokasi kegiatan disebabkan oleh partisipasi substansial siswi dalam kegiatan Annisa, yang telah menjadi keharusan tahunan. Temuan menekankan peran penting kegiatan ini dalam membentuk karakter keseluruhan siswi di SMAN 1 Lintau Buo. Selain itu, kegiatan mengungkapkan adanya penyuntikan nilai-nilai secara bertahap di antara siswi. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan dalam proses implementasi, kegiatan menyoroti penerapan sanksi yang ketat bagi siswi yang absen untuk memastikan partisipasi yang konsisten dalam kegiatan Annisa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Forum Annisa memiliki dampak positif dalam membentuk karakter siswi di SMAN 1 Lintau Buo

The focus of this activity is to explain the implementation of Annisa's Forum activities in shaping the character of female students at SMAN 1 Lintau Buo. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, the methodology involves question-and-answer sessions conducted through lectures and group interactions. The choice of SMAN 1 Lintau Buo as the activity location is due to the substantial participation of female students in Annisa's activities, which have become an annual necessity. The findings emphasize the crucial role of these activities in shaping the overall character of female students at SMAN 1 Lintau Buo. Additionally, the activity reveals a gradual infusion of values among the students. Despite facing challenges in the implementation process, the activity highlights the imposition of stringent penalties on absent female students to ensure consistent participation in Annisa's activities. The implementation of Annisa's Forum activities has a positive impact on shaping the character of female students at SMAN 1 Lintau Buo.

This article is motivated by the fact that micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Bendogerit Village, Sanan Wetan District, Blitar City are experiencing several obstacles in their development, especially in terms of business permits (NIB), home industry food production certificates (SPP-IRT) and halal certificates, so that This condition requires follow-up action, including assistance for UMKM in Bendogerit Village in arranging NIB, SPP-IRT and halal certificates. This community service is carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Assistance steps are carried out by conducting preliminary studies, understanding, analyzing problems, implementing actions, and evaluating implementation. This dedication resulted in findings namely; 1) UMKM players find it helpful to obtain business permits that comply with applicable regulations and social economic provisions. 2) UMKM players receive complete instructions and understanding of the process and procedures for obtaining economic business permits. 3) Obtain economic security guarantees that can be marketed in society. 4) Provide confidence to market and develop a healthy and halal economic network.

ABSTRACT

UMKM play a vital role in societal welfare, focusing on improving marketing management for increased sales. The research aims to create a practical management model supporting MSME productivity and development. Comprehensive training in business aspects, including marketing, production, HR, and finance, is crucial for UMKM. Continuous monitoring is necessary in their journey, utilizing SWOT analysis to determine marketing strategies and adapt to the business environment. The analysis assesses internal factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) and external factors or competitors (Opportunities and Threats). Identifying a lack of knowledge, the study recommends comprehensive training in all aspects. Four marketing strategies are proposed: S-O Strategy advocates product innovation and aggressive promotions with online sales. In the W-O strategy, attention to market needs and human resource quality is emphasized. The S-T strategy highlights product features and promotion innovation. In the W-T strategy, targeting markets, adapting to consumer wishes, and product adjustments are crucial for UMKM competitiveness.

The Islamic generation in Nagari Kapa, Luhak Nan Duo District, needs to be nurtured through religious activities to understand the teachings of Islam moderately in facing the challenges of globalization and the risk of radicalism. This activity aims to shape an Islamic generation that has a moderate, tolerant understanding of religion, respects differences, and is capable of maintaining the continuity of religious values amidst the flow of information and challenges of modern times. The method used in this community service is the formation of religious discussion groups. Through efforts of teaching and learning the Qur'an in Islamic Education Park (TPA), as well as instilling values of moderation and good morals in children, can enhance understanding and appreciation of moderate Islamic teachings.

The professional competence of a teacher has a crucial role in transferring knowledge to students. Learning media becomes the teacher's main tool in the knowledge transfer process, with impacts that include improving cognitive, psychomotor and effective aspects of students' learning outcomes. To achieve this goal, teacher creativity and innovation in delivering material, both through direct delivery and the use of learning media, are key. One of the innovations that can be developed is the creation of learning media that can foster students' interest in learning independently or with the help of teachers.

Learning media, as an intermediary in learning, can be visual or non-visual, such as video, text, and audio known as multimedia. Although technology has developed, not all teachers are able to utilize multimedia in learning. Effective learning design for subjects in elementary school should be able to attract and motivate students in accordance with the learning objectives.

This community service activity Â was motivated byÂ low the participation of people at Â Jorong Sungai Talang to join social program that collage students of KKN PPM Terpadu Tuah Sakato 202 done Â there Â actively.Â People seen like uncare with the collage students that do KKN program there and people just focus on their activities. Â Because of that research about correlation betweenÂ peoplesâ€™ background of work with their participationÂ in any program at their village was needed. So the aim of this research was to find out the correlation between peoplesâ€™ background work with their participation to join the social program at their village. To get the answer of activity questionÂ of this activity used descriptive qualitative. Miles and Huberman model was technic analysis of the data used in this research. People aroundÂ Jorong Sungai Talang were informant of this activity. The instrument use in this activity was observation, documentation and interview. This activity got several result. First the people at Jorong Sungai Talang just join the social program in cleanliness only. Then in any other social program they can not participation actively yet because their mindset which said that the day is the time to focus in garden.
