GEMAS (Independent and Prosperous Golden Generation) Program Based on Digital Entrepreneurship Towards an Independent and Competent

Program GEMAS (Generasi Emas Mandiri dan Sejahtera) dilaksanakan di Nagari Salareh Aia Utara, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, untuk memberdayakan remaja melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan digital, soft skills, dan literasi digital. Tujuan dari program ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi remaja dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mengembangkan usaha berbasis potensi lokal, seperti pertanian dan kerajinan, guna mendukung kemandirian ekonomi mereka. Dalam pelaksanaan program, dilakukan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan lima tahap kegiatan: sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan keberlanjutan. Sebanyak 30 remaja masjid mengikuti pelatihan yang fokus pada keterampilan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, kerja sama tim, manajemen waktu, serta penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk pencatatan keuangan dan pemasaran produk. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk pengembangan usaha lokal. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya literasi digital dan kemampuan soft skills, yang mendukung peserta untuk mandiri secara finansial dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Program ini sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) dan SDGs 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi), serta diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan dengan penguatan fasilitas dan pelatihan berkelanjutan
